Legacy Care Partners, Inc. is the result of the successful reverse merger between Trailblazer Resources, Inc. (TBLZ:OTC/BB) and Legacy Care Partners LLC. Legacy is in the process of re-listing on the OTC/QX exchange with the intent of full listing on the Nasdaq exchange in 2023. Legacy expects rapid growth, both in terms of revenues and share valuation, via business development, mergers & acquisitions, and synergy between operations. Upon completion of its Business Model, Legacy will be a Multi-State Organization vertically integrated to bridge gaps and improve continuity of care in the Senior Care Services Industry.
