Virtual Shareholder Annual Meeting

Legacy Care Partners, Inc. (LCP) has announced that its upcoming annual virtual shareholder meeting has been rescheduled from May 1st to May 8th, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. CST. The decision to change the date has been made by the Board of Directors per Section 2.1 of the company’s by-laws.

To gain access to the VSM Shareholder update, shareholders must request a password by emailing info@lcpicare.com. Validated submissions from shareholders will be accepted, and passwords will be sent out via email 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Shareholders can submit questions for the Q&A session, and the deadline for submissions has been extended to May 5th, 2023. Please note that the company may not answer or address all submitted questions.
